The Raw Bar
We will provide the entire raw bar set up, including the table, linens, dishes, and ice!

Shucking
We will professionally shuck and serve the oysters, and we can teach you and your guests to shuck!

We will provide Top Shell Oysters, as well as other island oysters, shrimp, clams, lobster and caviar upon request.

Accoutrements
We can provide cocktail sauce, lemons, hot sauce, and a selection of mignonettes for the perfect pairings
